Our church, Crossgates Baptist Church, has supported us throughout the battle with Heather's disease & we can never thank
them enough. The preschool workers have placed a memorial plaque in the preschool area in memory of Heather
& we wanted visitors to howisheather.com to be able to see it.
This picture is poor quality but it will do until I get a better one.

The scripture under the painting is this:
Psalm 40:1 I waited patiently for the Lord;
And He inclined to me, And heard my cry.
40:2 He also brought me up out of a horrible pit, Out of the miry clay,
And set my feet upon a rock, And established my steps.
40:3 He has put a new song in my mouth--Praise to our God;
Many will see it and fear, And will trust in the Lord.

It was very difficult to decide on scripture to use for her plaque. There is no way to easily sum up her 22 month battle.
Most people expect a warm & fuzzy poem or bible verse on a plaque like this, but I wanted something
that addressed her situation as accurately as possible.
Seeing her plaque should convict a person.
It should slap them in the face.
I realize that may sound harsh.
What happened to this precious innocent little girl was harsh.
My hope is that many will see it & fear & will trust in the Lord.
