Patients of the Cancer Clinic at Batson Hospital for Children are given beads for events that occur in their visits to the hospital & clinic.
It is the hope of the nurses & families of these children that, through the testimony of
these Beads of Courage, others who do not know what it's like to live this kind of life, will be able to understand a little better
just what these young ones go through & have gone through, as part of their "normal", everyday life.

For the record, these numbers are not 100% accurate...there should be more.
